Sound Bath with SLUM on September 10!
Please join long-time Mimbres Valley resident SLUM for Sound Bath on Saturday, September 10, from 7:00 to approximately 8:30 PM.
A Sound Bath is a positive, focused, intentional, full body listening experience that uses sound to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to NURTURE YOUR MIND AND BODY. The experience begins with each person lying down or seated in a comfortable position, often with a blanket and an eye mask.
About SLUM . . .
SLUM studied at the Globe Institute of Sound and Consciousness in 2016 where he became certified in this field. He’s done many sessions, one-on-one as well as group oriented. A sound bath consists of a various range of instrumentation as well as different tones and song, all designed to assist in restoring ones’ vibrational balance.
