The Buddha’s Noble Eightfold Path with Allan Cooper
It is said that happiness is being content with whatever enters our life. Identifying and learning contentment with ‘whatever’ is the Path. Teaching oneself how to embrace the ‘whatever’ is the process.
The Buddha’s Noble Eightfold Path offers everyone a self-reliant and accessible step by step ‘how to’ with which we can transform our everyday lives into our spiritual practice. The nine-class series, Insight Meditation. Simple, Clear and Practical; The Buddha’s Noble Eightfold Path, offered by Allan Cooper at Lotus Center, will offer a special opportunity for study, meditation, and practice of this path. The result will be you acquiring tools with which you can transform whatever you’re doing — right here, right now — into your spiritual journey.
