“When we are in touch with the ground of our being, we generally feel more expansive. Space feels dynamic, light or full, and there is more room in which to move and be. The poet Baudelaire used a favorite word, vast, to describe these spaces of “vast thoughts,” “vast perspectives,” “vast silences.”
