“Her Story” with Shelby Wilkie Wednesday at 7:00 PM

“Her Story” Presents: Not Your Momma’s Healing: Loving and Learning You

In this five-class series, Shelby Wilkie, LCSW takes women through a journey of self-reflection and introspection in an effort to help us create loving relationships with ourselves.

Today, “self-care” has become something that people are trying to package and sell in a capitalistic culture and it simply isn’t working. This is why no matter how many face masks we do or how many bubble baths we take, we are burned out, tired, and anxious. On top of that, we feel like it’s our fault that we’re burned out, tired, and anxious because society tells us that it is our job to take care of ourselves even though no one ever taught us how to do it!

This series/workshop will help women slow down and re-evaluate their relationship with themselves and notice how they are moving through the world. Women will learn what their individual self-care needs actually are and will be able to start living intentional lives that they truly love!
