7:00 — 7:45 AM: Unguided Group Meditation
11:00 — Noon: Ecstatic Dance/Dance Church (doors open at 10:30)

Monday, December 25
7:00 — 7:45 AM: Unguided Group Meditation

Sunday, December 31
7:00 — 7:45 AM: Unguided Group Meditation
10:00 AM — Noon: Extended Ecstatic Dance (double wave; finger food potluck to follow at 12:15 PM)

Monday, January 1
7:00 — 7:45 AM: Unguided Group Meditation
11:00 — Noon: Tai Chi with Kit West
5:30 — 6:45 PM: Intermediate Hatha Yoga with Natalie

Classes on all other days will be held as normally scheduled.
