The Power of Trends and Social Pressure

Society is like a complex, many-dimensioned being with a life of its own. It is born naturally through the instincts of people to gather together to work to sustain our existence. This complex being then becomes so powerful that it begins to rule us, and it is difficult to go against it. Everyone is bound by its structure, its social norms. And in the face of these, individuals often give up their own minds and aspirations.

Blinded by trends and social pressure, we may lose sight of what is right and wrong and may go along like sheep with a distasteful value system.
