Mindfulness Meditation

Blooming Lotus is a local mindfulness practice community (a Sangha) offering teachings on engaged Buddhism and the art of mindful living in the Plum Village tradition founded by Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh. At Blooming Lotus we are nourished not just by the formal sitting meditation sessions, but also by the practice of meditation in our daily activities outside the meditation room.  We offer a safe and serene weekly refuge for practitioners to sit together as a community, study the teachings, share their life journey and challenges and take refuge in the wisdom of the Sangha.
