Registration Now Open for “Nevertheless, They Persisted” Workshop!

Nevertheless, They Persisted; Grief and Courage in Times of Environmental Peril is a workshop being offered by Gila Resources Information Project (“GRIP”) and Lotus Center in January 2026. The workshop, to be led by Karen Starz, MA, MAEC, CNVC Certified Trainer, will be in the tradition of Joanna Macy’s Work that Reconnects model.

Dates and Times for the workshop…

Friday, January 2
6:00 — 8:00 PM; introductions, context setting, and ice breaking

Saturday, January 3
8:30 AM: Doors Open
9:00 AM — Noon: Training Session
Noon — 12:45 PM: Lunch break
12:45 — 4:00 PM Training Session

The workshop will be held at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Silver City.
