Join Hana Rose for a simple yet profound ritual to support wholeness. Parts of ourselves can “break off,” get lost, or stay in the past. This is natural and common over the course of human life experiences. Trauma and addiction, in particular, create fertile grounds for this to happen. In this practice, we will learn how to “call ourselves back home” into our bodies and this present moment.
In this mini workshop, we will explore the concept of fragmentation—the ways in which life experiences can lead to disconnection from our true selves. Participants will learn techniques to reclaim lost aspects of their identities, nurture self-compassion, and foster a sense of wholeness. Expect to leave equipped with practical tools to integrate these parts back into ourselves.
What to bring: A journal, pen/pencil, water, pillow, and blanket.
