Nature Is Gently Saying: You Are Free to Fall Apart

Living in solitude in nature is much-needed medicine. Most parts of the world have become a screen culture, with people disconnected from each other, living in a concrete jungle. Our world has become a virtual reality. I see lots of unhappiness among the younger generation especially. This cut-off cultural comfort zone is not serving our best interests. People forget how healing it can be to reconnect with nature and with our humanity. Once we are out of the familiar, there is space to truly realize who we are, what life is all about, and what matters most to us. We see that we have been a prisoner to the conventions of the world. Lots of the old emotions fester in us like unhealed wounds, but in the haunted ground when old emotions and unhealed wounds show up, they are ready for complete healing. We do not have to let them haunt us forever or keep us from living fully. The natural world is a nonjudgmental cosmic mother and makes us feel safe to feel pain without fear, without the need to hide anything. It is like nature is gently saying, “You are free to fall apart.”
