Fall Cleanse Instructional Meeting
Wednesday, September 30, 2020; 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Zoom through the Lotus Center
This is an introduction and overview presentation to explain how your personal characteristics (doshas) support or impact your health. Learn how food and herbs create balance within your body. Join with others for support and community as you experience your personal cleanse journey.
Before September 30, please take your dosha test at https://www.banyanbotanicals.com
By October 2, please order your herbs at a discount through Lotus Center. They will arrive for you by the start of the cleanse. Approximate cost of the herbs is $100 (there are enough herbs for two people to share one order).
Discussion and handouts of Ayurvedic doshas, cleanse methods, schedule, foods, explanation of optional sanga (daily meeting during the cleanse)
