Save the Dates: The Habit of Power Starts Friday, October 6!

Join Blake Farley and Scott Plate for The Habit of Power (Level 1), nine consecutive Fridays beginning October 6.

These classes teach intentional, sustainable practices for working with energy. In a sacred space, participants will learn a process that helps them identify their default energy signatures and raise their energetic vibration. The course emphasizes repetition and practice to allow participants to build a repertoire of energy management tools. Special emphasis will be placed on learning the difference between power and force:

a. recognizing denser energy patterns and the effort it takes to navigate them.
b. choosing finer energy patterns
c. lessening resistance
d. experiencing greater ease
e. enhancing capacity.

This course is open to all and presents no barriers to those with health challenges or differing physical abilities. Attend one, some, or all nine classes.
