How to Read The Akashic Records with Laura Ramnarace

What are the Akashic Records?

Akasha is a Sanskrit word for “Primary substance,” that out of which all things are formed. The
Akashic Records is the “library” outside of space and time that contains every detail of your
soul’s journey, and that of every entity, life form, or place. Other traditions have other terms
for this same concept.

Why do people want to read the Akashic Records?

People often use the Akashic Records to find out their purpose in this life, how to better access
their abilities and talents, and to gain insight into health, relationships, and money issues.
Many people report feeling a greater sense of alignment to their deeper self and a greater
feeling of peace in their lives regardless of the specific information received.

How to Read the Akashic Records will use a small amount of lecture and a lot of practice
so that the participants will leave the class able to access the Akashic Records themselves. It
will end with a Q & A session. Any students who want to continue practicing with other
Akashic Records students will be invited to join the practice group that is held every
Wednesday, free of charge.

Sound Immersion Practice with Tanya Embree

MINDFULNESS AND SOUND HEALING
Join sound guide Tanya Embree as we explore the profound healing, deep relaxation and harmony that comes from combining mindfulness and sound healing. During each session, we will use breathing, sensory experiences, visualization and sound healing from gongs, crystal bowls, chimes, and other instruments. At the end of the class, you will have the opportunity to ask questions, talk about your experiences, and discuss physiological and psychological outcomes. Mindfulness and sound healing have been shown to reduce stress, improve attention, cope with difficult situations, and increase feelings of compassion.

All levels welcome; previous background is not needed to participate.
