7:00 — 7:45 AM             Morning Meditation (unguided)

11:30 AM — 12:45 PM   Slow Flow Yoga with Becky

7:00 — 8:10 PM              Ecstatic Dance

I moved to Silver City in 2017 after I got sick from mold in New England. I didn’t actually want to be here at first. I wanted to go “home.”

Then I found the Lotus Center. The dance community and the spiritual community transformed my life. I am forever grateful for the sacred sanctuary I found in the Lotus Center. Thank you.
