Friday, September 13: Tai Chi for Improving Memory
Tai Chi for Improving Memory consists of a series of slow, gentle, easy-to-remember movements that can be done either seated or standing. No previous tai chi experience is necessary. These movements have been designed by tai chi experts as well as neuroscientists to either improve memory or avoid memory loss; they also improve balance and boost the immune system. These movements are divided into six sections and can be done by people of any age or condition, no limit.
A continuing practice of at least five minutes a day will lead to maximum results. Participants report improved ability to recall words and information; difficulty with short term memory is a common complaint amongst older adults, or indeed, anyone over forty. Tai Chi for Improving Memory is a painless way to stay ageless!
