Dismantle the Memory of You Meditation (Breaking the Habit)

A Guided Meditation

Second in a series of spoken meditations presented by The Health and Wellness Grid and inspired by instructions written by Dr. Joe Dispenza in his book Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself.

This meditation suggest that “you observe and remind yourself of who you no longer want to be” and recommends that “you remember and become completely conscious of the habitual, unconscious thoughts, actions and behaviours that make up the state of mind” you named in the previous video meditation.
